Situation & surroundings
The surroundings are allocated and designed in such a manner to reserve the area between the buildings to pedestrian circulation and main entrances of the buildings; deliveries and waste disposal are carried out via the end faces of the main buildings.
Depending on requirements in stage 2 it is foreseen to construct in the middle area
of the buildings a “mall” with common facilities such as a main entrance with joint reception, cafeteria, conference/meeting rooms and meeting places. These facilities would be open to employees and visitors.
There are parking spaces for the employees in a car park, located between the buildings. The car park has two floors and the entrance is on Kreuzstrasse.
